About

This online training course has been designed to share information with our suppliers and manufacturers about our Supplier and Manufacturer Code of Conduct and the related compliance procedures, working together to build a more sustainable supply chain and business relationship.

Inditex puts workers at the centre of its Social Sustainability Strategy, focusing on the 14 points of the Code of Conduct to promote the respect of Human rights. Actively respecting Human Rights is a requirement for all our suppliers and manufacturers and means more sustainable business for us and for you. We also take seriously our own responsibility to ensure that we provide you with the necessary resources to make sure all parties understand our minimum requirements.

This training course contains three main sections:

  • Inditex, a history and how we do business

  • The Inditex Code of Conduct for Manufacturers and Suppliers

  • Audit procedures, implementation of the Code of Conduct and workers at the centre.

To register for this course you need your Inditex Supplier ID Code. This is a 6 digit number that was assigned to you when you registered as an Inditex Supplier. If you do not have this code, please ask your Inditex Buyer to give it to you.

You will need approximately 1 hour to complete the training. You can save and exit at any time.

Who is this for?

This training course should be completed at least by your Company’s Directors, Production managers and CSR/Sustainability Managers. It can also be forwarded to as many people within your company as possible, including designers, quality control technicians and other people involved in your business.

We value suppliers who take a proactive approach to raising awareness of Inditex policies and procedures and Human Rights good practise within their company. As you know, training is also a valuable tool for developing employees skills and can improve employee turnover and productivity.
